The first month
Your first 30 days, planned.
So the game gets played, not put away. Each week brings a short lesson and something to try on your own arena.

Getting started
Set up the table with the holders, learn the ten basic rules and score your first goals, two different ways.
- Week 2
Your first skills
Pass between your players, keep the puck and learn the centre power shot.
- Week 3
Attack and defend
Use your defenders and goalie, win the puck back and take on your first weekly challenge.
- Week 4
Your first home cup
Everyone plays everyone in the app, with the match timer and the handicap ladder. Somebody gets crowned.
The order of lessons inside the Academy can change as new lessons are added.

Kārlis has played competitive table hockey for more than 20 years and is one of the best players in the world. In Rīga he coaches children and adults, and for the last three years he has taught the game online to people who had never played before.

What exactly comes with the Full Table Hockey Experience?
In the box: your arena (STIGA Classic Play Off 21 or Stanley Cup NHL), four THG stability holders, the printed rule book, handicap ladder and house season sheet.
Prepared for you: Kārlis opens, inspects, prepares and tests your table before it ships.
Coaching and digital: 12 months in Table Hockey Academy, the seven-minute starter video, the tournament app and a playlist of match timers with jingles.
Which arena should I choose?
Everything except the game is the same. The Classic Play Off 21 arena is STIGA’s Play Off 21 with two national teams. The Stanley Cup NHL arena is STIGA’s official, licensed NHL game. Pick the one that makes you smile.
What is the tournament app?
It runs your home tournaments: type in the players, it makes the schedule, you enter the scores and it keeps the standings. When you organise a proper tournament in it, that tournament can be listed in the world ranking.
What is Table Hockey Academy?
It’s where your coaching happens: Kārlis’s online programme with video lessons, weekly challenges, live coaching sessions where he reviews the gameplay videos members send in, and a community of players to learn with. Yours is included for 12 months.
How do I start my year of coaching?
After your order you get an invite from Skool, the platform Table Hockey Academy runs on. Accept it and you’re in. If anything is unclear, write to Kārlis at karlis@tablehockeyglobal.com.
Can complete beginners join?
Yes. The first 30 days are a guided beginner plan, and the lessons build up step by step from there.
Is it fun for younger kids and grandparents too?
That’s the idea. The handicap ladder lets a beginner play an expert and genuinely win, so the whole family can be in the same tournament.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. Tick “This is a gift” under the button: Kārlis leaves the receipt out of the box and puts your message on a card.
How long does shipping take?
Every order leaves Latvia in 1–2 business days. Then delivery takes up to 5 business days to the rest of the EU, 8–10 to the USA and Canada, and 2–3 within Latvia. For the UK it depends on customs, and your tracking link shows the latest estimate.
Do I pay any taxes or duties?
Not in Europe, the UK, the USA or Canada: duties and taxes are included, so there is no extra bill at your door. Shipping there is free on orders over $100.
What if it isn’t what I hoped?
You have 30 days to send it back under the store’s return policy.
